Absolutely thrilled to discover your website and blog as I adore your novels and endlessly recommend them to friends. Brilliant combinations of wit and emotional truth. The blog is beautifully written as well. Do hope Mr F is now firmly on the road to recovery (28/05/09

Hello Laurie, for some unknown reason I have only just discovered your books and am currently reading The Importance of Being Kennedy which is just fabulous. I love the amusing way you write in this book and often laugh to myself at your turn of phrase, just brilliant. I am going to relish reading all your other novels, so yes please keep writing. Best wishes Beverly

I've read all your books apart from Husband Hunters. I started with future homemakerks. I'm a 50+ married guy who loves all sorts of action stories etc but your unique way of capturing real hitsory and spinning it is snesational. Have sahred your way of writing with many friends. Loved the Windsors. Just finishing 'Kennedys' . Added to an already fascinating saga and made me want to learn more. Well done!!

I've read Gone with the Windsors twice and enjoyed every page of it. I 'm on the look out for your other books , which I am sure I'll love as much as this one.

Just finished reading Future Homemakers. What I like about your writing is your ease floating between the two cultures. I'm an American, lived in England for 38 years and married to an Englishman; you've got it just right. I'll definitely read more of your books.
