Hi Laurie, So glad you are back blogging and look forward to reading the new book. Good luck with the new life in Dublin. As you say, there are many good writers there. I love the new pictures too. You look very glamorous in the one next to the Guestbook.

How lovely to see you back! And you look nothing like the squinty old lady - anything but. I love the new pictures. I hope that your writer's sabbatical does not include your blog - I have to have something to read over my morning cup of tea. For months now I've been reduced to the news headlines. I mean, who wants to be informed when they can be so royally entertained?

I had it on my travel agenda (when the children have left home, the mortgauge is paid, and I am rich and famous enough) to visit Venice and take a tour with Mr F, but I guess that's out of the question now. Perhaps I'll come to Ireland instead. Good luck with the potato's

So glad you are back blogging! If only your last two books were available in the US, my joy would be complete!

Ms. Graham: I have just finished Mr. Starlight and I miss him already. His voice is in my head and his words wrap themselves around me like soft cashmere. You colored quite a journey for him and I loved every step of the way. If only we could resurrect him; I would welcome him with open arms. Thank you very much for sharing you talents with us. kat duke, raleigh nc, usa
